While Mac was running his air duct cleaning business and maintaining the Power Vac trucks, Justin was in the shop lending a hand, learning the equipment, and gaining an early understanding of what it takes to keep a duct cleaning operation running.

After high school, Justin spent two years working for a welded aluminum jet boat manufacturer, where he quickly moved from detailing into the finishing side of the business, installing everything from carpet to electrical components. That experience added to his hands-on mechanical background and sharpened his ability to understand how equipment is built, finished, and made practical for real-world use.

In 1997, Justin returned to B & F Power Vac to help with an industrial cleaning job — and he never really left. Since then, he has spent nearly three decades working in the air duct cleaning and equipment side of the business, splitting his time between B & F Power Vac and American CaddyVac.

In April 2025, Justin became co-owner of American CaddyVac, helping carry forward the company’s long-standing reputation for building reliable, field-tested air duct cleaning trucks. His experience includes scheduling crews, managing safety, bidding jobs, maintaining trucks, coordinating special projects, answering technical questions, recommending tools, and helping customers understand what equipment best fits their needs.

Because Justin has worked both sides of the business — cleaning ducts in the field and helping build the trucks that do the work — he brings a practical perspective to every CaddyVac conversation. He understands what contractors need because he has spent years using, maintaining, testing, and improving the equipment himself.

For Justin, the best part of the job has always been helping people find solutions. Whether it’s building the right CaddyVac truck for a new customer or solving a unique cleaning challenge in the field, he takes pride in doing the job right.

Today, he continues that same customer-first role as co-owner of American CaddyVac, helping carry the company forward alongside Justin Mattoon after taking over the business in April 2025.

Steve has spent more than 33 years working with American CaddyVac and B & F Power Vac, the air duct cleaning company founded by Mac and Donna Mattoon. His experience didn’t begin behind a desk. It started in the field.

After serving in the U.S. Navy as an Operations Specialist aboard the USS Midway during Operation Desert Storm, Steve returned home to Idaho and accepted what was supposed to be a two-week job as a helper on a B & F Power Vac truck. That short-term job turned into a career.

Steve started out working on duct cleaning trucks, then moved up to running one himself. Over time, he became office manager for both B & F Power Vac and American CaddyVac, handling scheduling, bids, quotes, customer orders, payroll, timecards, parts, supplies, and sales calls.

That combination of field experience and front-office knowledge is what makes Steve such a valuable resource for customers. He understands how the trucks are used, what contractors need, and how to help customers find the right equipment, tools, and parts to keep their business moving.

For Steve, American CaddyVac has always been about more than building trucks. It has been about treating people right. Taking care of employees, helping customers, and doing business with honesty — is something Steve is proud to continue as co-owner.

Outside of work, Steve is a family man and avid outdoorsman. He enjoys fishing, bow hunting, 3D archery, woodworking, CNC projects, and smoking everything from snack sticks and cheese to brisket and prime rib.

After more than three decades with American CaddyVac and B & F Power Vac, Steve brings deep industry experience, practical knowledge, and a steady commitment to service. Whether he’s helping a customer choose the right truck, tracking down the right part, or making sure an order gets out the door, Steve’s goal is simple: help people get what they need and treat them the way he’d want to be treated.

Before joining American Caddy Vac, Tiffany worked in bookkeeping for B&F Power Vac and a local hotel, spent time on a duct cleaning crew, and served as a scheduler and customer service representative for a local orthopedic office. Her diverse background gives her a well-rounded understanding of both office operations and customer needs.

Tiffany is the friendly voice on the other end of the phone and the helpful contact behind your emails. She oversees accounts payable and receivable, payroll, billing, estimates, inventory, parts and supply ordering, tool building, and overall office operations. Her attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to exceptional customer service help keep American Caddy Vac running smoothly every day. Whether she’s assisting customers, managing finances, or ensuring orders are processed efficiently, Tiffany brings experience, dedication, and a positive attitude to every aspect of her role.

Known for his craftsmanship, reliability, and attention to detail, Eric plays an important role in bringing each unit to life.

He takes pride in building equipment that meets the high standards American CaddyVac customers expect. His steady work ethic, commitment to quality, and care for the finished product make him an important part of the team and a strong contributor to the company’s reputation for dependable, well-built equipment.
